HIKING
WALK IN THE SAND -
Right on our doorstep, there is an abundance of scenery, but should you wish to venture further out on a slightly longer walk, we have options where you can have a local guide take you out to see the sights.
Whether you an avid hiker back home, or just want to take the chance to get the satisfaction of walking through our Wadi at your own pace, you are bound to take home memories that will last a life time.
STARS FROM THE SCREEN -
It's no secret that our Wadi has been the setting for many scenes you will have seen on the big screen.
Within easy walking distance from our camp, Matt Damon once walked, in the 2015 blockbuster film 'The Martian'.
Should you wish to make your own way to these Hollywood sand dunes, feel free to ask, and we can happily point you in the right direction.

A DAY OF DELIGHTS -
Why not make a day of your exploration?
Allow one of our guides to take you out on a full day tour, with a choice of either going to Jabal Umm Al Dami or to Burdah Rock.
The tour will start in a Jeep, taking you out close to your chosen destination, and are sure to leave you feeling exhilarated.
Should you wish to be taken out by one of our local guides, your tour will start at 12:00pm on the day of booking, or you can elect to do this the following morning.
Both hiking tours require the use of a Jeep and a guide, and included in the price, you will receive a complimentary lunch.
Prices:
- Jeep cost: 80JD 2 persons
- Guide cost: 50JD 2 persons
- +1 extra person: 20JD pp

Why not combine this tour with one our late night tours?
You can decide whether to add on a star-gazing tours, which will add around one and a half hours, or even add our 'sleeping under the stars' experience, where you will return to the camp the following morning.
